Sunday, April 15, 2001:  We spent part of the day on Easter at Palo Duro Canyon State Park just south of Amarillo.  This is the view from the overlook near the visitor center (which, of course, was closed Sundays).

The best rocks were put through vigorous aerodynamic testing.

Bugs were also of very great interest.

Matthew had to examine every rock along the trail.  We spent quite a while in this particular spot.
